This is a very embarassing question, but I want to know. What does the average male fantasize about sexually? Does he think of his lover or some other woman? If he could have his wife or lover do something for him that would REALLY turn him on, what would it be?

I cannot speak for all men since I myself am far from being "average" in terms of sexuality and the like.
I will tell you what I myself fantasize most often about:
First, it is ALWAYS with my wife, never with someone else, unless it is someone else WITH us (as in a 3-way, or more...).
Second, my own reality-driven fantasies are usually of rather "conventional" stuff, i.e. I fantasize about things which could happen in reality... The most common being: an*l sex, double penetrations, multpiple partners, orgies, gangbangs, external (and facial) ejaculations, etc... Nothing too out of the ordinary, but rather kinks of my own psyche.
The most common recuring fantasy I have involves my wife and I being in 3-somes or with more partners, hence the orgy motif. But more often than not, I don't fantasize when I am having sex, but rather fantasize when I am alone & masturbating.

From a male viewpoint I would say having two women at the same time is probably the most common fantasy. Some men may also fantasize about another male and a female so they could explore sex with another male without it being so "gay". Like if there were 3 guys together then that would be gay but if you suck a guy while f$&king a woman then thats not gay, because there was a woman involved.
