If alcohol is traditionally served at events in their family, then it is a good idea to let them know in advance that it will be a dry wedding reception. I , personally, would much rather have them throw their fits in advance of the wedding as opposed to at the reception, They may still be annoyed, but at least they can get the bulk of it out of their systems prior to the big day. We contemplated a dry reception, but agreed to only having beer and wine for similar reasons. We've also told his parents that some of their friends will be refused alcohol if they arrive already intoxicated or if it becomes obvious that they have had too much. Hard liquor is the bigger problem for his family and some were a little put out at first, but everyone is fine with it now. Best wishes!!!!!!!! Edited to add: This isn't something that needs to be included or noted on an invitation though. Spreading the news via word of mouth to people within the family is acceptable. I've attended numerous wedding receptions and many of them have been dry. Most people are polite enough to simply enjoy what is being provided to them by the hosts. As an example, you wouldn't invite someone to your home for dinner and then run out to the store when the meal is on the table just to get their beverage of choice. The same holds true for a wedding reception, the guest in your home will always enjoy what you have and the guests at the wedding reception will do the same.

I understand your concern for your father, his future is ultimatly up to him.

If your father was born on January 19th his Tropical zodiac sign would be "Capricorn" (Dec 22 - Jan 20)

You can go to this website for more information:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capricorn_%28astrology%29

He has to take steps to achieve prosperity, it doesn't knock on his door. Only one person can grant your father posperity, and that would be himself. We make our own future by our actions, and how we wish to perceive things.
No amount of money one sends to people claiming to be psychic can help one to become prosperous or happy. No spells, or magic can make this happen. My father was sucked into so many scams that it just about made him flat broke. He was even more depressed.

Your father may also be going through depression, as with my father. Nothing we (his children) did could make him happy. We cannot change people, only pray for them.

The best advice I can give you is to -pray that God will guide your father in the right direction.

Sounds like your a great daughter : - )

I am very sorry but there is no such thing as a fortune. Your father is responsible for his choices in life and where is life will take him not any cosmic fate of the stars. Stars are balls of gas burinng far way not a way to tell your future. God did not put them there for you to ask questions to. If you want an answer from God pray to Him. Your father is very lucky to have a child who cares for him very much so he must have done some things right. Buy you father a Bible. Read it with him. You both will learn a lot. I would suggest reading the first five books of the New Testament first. Good luck and I will say a prayer for you both.

You have to give clearer data and ask clearer questions please! If you are going to ask others to spend time to check an Astrology Chart, then you should make it easy for them.

What do you mean by "in the morning hrs before 12 am"? 12am means 12 midnight, and 12pm means 12 noon. "Before 12am" would be evening or pm, not "morning hrs". So which is it?

Are you aware that 19 January is Capricorn? How does the Leo and Virgo come into the picture? If a Chart is drawn up for 12midnight, he is not Leo or Virgo Ascendant (Lagna). The only way to make him a borderline Leo / Virgo Ascendant is to give him a birthtime of around 8.10pm. But this does not tally with your other data.

ASSUMING astrology is true, it's not supposed to be used for what's going to happen. It's to show what could possibly happen -- the sort of things to watch out for.

The best thing you can do for your father is to be his friend. Make him proud.

Your father may be mentally unhealthy. He could be suffering from depression. If this is true, he may need help from doctors.

God alone knows the plan of your future...don't believe in horoscope. We will pray for him...Read the Bible and pray to god..everything will be alright.
