my husband has been locked up alittle over 3 years and he will not give me a divorce and i don't have the money to really afford one

depends on which state you are in but in some states you can represent yourself. however i would not recomend that I would get a lawyer and explain my situation, most lawyers will allow you to pay your fees out in a payment plan. if he or she will not ask them to refer you to someone who will, since you are asking this question on an internet site i can assume correctly that you have access to a computer. use it to look up lawyers in your area. DUH!

If he wont sign youll have to get it filed and wait him out. As far a price you get what you pay for. So get it going now. it is all that much less time you'll have to wait.

JUST FILL OUT THE PAPER WORK FOR A CONTESTED DIVORCE AND FILE IT AT THE COUNTY COURT HOUSE. YOU CAN STILL GET ONE EVEN IF HE CONTEST IT.
