Well, if holding the aspirin between her knees causes her to squeeze her legs together so tightly that she cannot be vaginally penetrated then it might be effective, at least until she drops the aspirin.

well it sounds like your ovder aged so
it would depend on the angle of your knees to your back that is if your on your knees or on your back , now if you are on your knees you need to have the aspirin right angle to your butt checksyou need to keep it three for at lease 15 minutes after you ***

It depends on her position while holding the asprin. If she is laying on her back, it is 100% effective. If she is bent over at the waist, then it's not so effective.
