Not as long as your hands are thoroughly washed before and if you happen to use anything to um help you along, make sure it is very clean also. This way no bacteria will get in.

Make sure your hands and under your nails are really clean and you will be safe. I have never heard of someone getting an infection but then again I don't think that many would brag about it.

yes, with dirty hands and if you do it too often ..the skin on your penis might get thin. and bruse. so .. if your hand is dirty it will be able to infect the brused part. also anything else you use to mastrubate could infect you trought the opening (bruse) in your skin.
