I won't agree that they should have no rights. However, they have more than many people living on the street, and they get free housing and three square meals a day. So from that standpoint, AMEN

Here is your Amen, I think that people in prison have it better then most americans! they get fed 3 meals a day, get medical... Makes you realy think about who as it better?

AMEN, brother, the abusers should all sleep together, just take there sad ways out on each other, give them kitchen privileges, let them cook and clean for themselves, maintain there own living arrangement's in one big huge place thats secured

Not from me. I disagree. I grew up with the Constitution and Amendments/Bill of Rights. Ever hear of it? It's good reading on a rainy day.
Without that stuff we ether be conmunist or anarchists.

Because the oldest laws say that you need either two witnesses or a confession to a crime. We used to torture the confession out of people but then they recanted. Now we just give them longer times to think about it.

I think it should be on a graduated scale.
Petty robbery and non violent crimes (drugs and whatnot) should have more rights than murders and child rapists.
