I must tell you that you must change your life style in such a way that some sort of activity becomes a natural part of your daily routine. Why dont you go for long walks, where is the problem if you decide to do cycling.... believe me, no body is concerned whether we are going on-foot or on bicycle. So, please try out !! Secondly, sir, we must learn to control our taste buds. Woh kehte hain na kasoor jubaan karti hai, lekin bhugtana sari body ko to kya, sari family ko padta hai !! The tummy fat is really bad!! I will give you a formula....before eating anything just ask yourself why do you want to have it ...is it the need or just the want???
