Diamond pushups. That's wher you put your hands close together, thumbs touching, index fingers touching. And when you do them, push yourself up while you exhale, then let down in three steps, a few inches at a time. As you feel stronger (4-5 weeks) you'll have to increase your routine, make it more difficult. You can do this by resting your feet on the coffee table, the couch, your bed, or whatever is higher than you are. You will be increasing the difficulty by increasing the distance you will be lifting your own body weight. To increase further in time, you could do one-handed pushups, feet wide apart. These are very difficult, and must be worked up to. They are a good goal to strive for. Hope this helps!
