I love Kyle Hotz's artwork, but man, that Zombie comic was a let down so far. Marvel always seems to fall short when it comes to horror comics. Horror comics do need well written stories, but they also need tons of creepiness. A zombie comic needs TONS of zombies.

Sorry guys. I'm not talking about Marvel Zombies where major Marvel characters were zombies. I'm talking about the new limited MAX series "Zombies."

I was waiting to get that one--but after looking thru it decided to put it back onto the shelf! $3.99 for that was just NOT gonna happen! Marvel had some cool horror comics back in the 70's like Tower of Shadows and Vault of Evil! Sure some of the storys were reprints of the 50's but the creppiness factor was off the charts!

I loved the Marvel Zombies though-thought it was cool seeing spidey, vcap, and wolvie as decaying bodies!

It was good except the ending was a disappointing a little weak. Manly after all that crap Kirkman said about making it to where he will never make another Marvel Zombies again then I hear about a sequel in the works...

I actually loved Marvel Zombies. But, then again, I'm a sucker for marvel and for zombies... In all honesty, though, I don't think I could ever be as disappointed in anything as much as I was disappointed in the new AOA. I'm such a fan of the old one...
