I love M&Ms they are a snack that isn't messy to eat. You can just open the bag on your desk and grab some when you want them. Of course you have to be careful doing this co-workers can hear a bag opening from 20 feet away.

Suckers or tootsie rolls. Right now, I have one of those giant bubble gum suckers in my purse, but I can't have it because I'm at work and it's too big to shove the whole thing in my mouth and still hope people will understand me on the phone. lol

I forget what they are called but them caramels with the white stuff in the middle. Oh yum!!! licorice is also good and low fat. Red sweetish fish also my favorite.
