Looking for Don Neighbors formerly of Hot Springs Arkansas?

Question

I am looking for someone from my past.....Important that I find him for personal reasons...His name is Don Neighbors and he lived in Hot Springs, AR 16 years ago. His mothers name was Virginia Neighbors and they were in the horse business. He also used to drive a truck OTR. He was in the Marines. He was married to a woman named Billie at one point. He should be about 41 years old. I am desperately seeking him and it would mean a lot to me to be able to find him. I have tried the free sites for phone numbers, etc. and have come up with nothing. I do not have any ill feelings. I will appreciate any and all information/suggestions. Thanks!!!!!
