cfd.exe is a process belonging to a troubleshooting software from Motive Communications. It enables your broadband provider to offer easy installation and ongoing services to your computer.
I have not heard of YTBSK.exe, its not on a virus database, probably just a piece of bundled software that came with something you installed or downloaded. Goto "Start", "Run", type in "msconfig", click on the "Startup" tab and uncheck it, so it won't run at startup anymore.
