you cant sue for depo, you would have to prove right to the last detail that it was depo that caused your symptoms or disease, and no doctor in his right mind would back this up as depo is used world wide without many horror stories

Why? I was on depo for 8 yrs, Im 25 now & recently found out that I have osteopenia, which was caused by the shot. Its almost osteoporosis & they said if I didnt get off the shot & start taking calcium to rebuild my bone mass I would be crippled in 10 yrs! What kind of problem did you encounter?

My email that is provided here is not working, if you could contat me @ ahaller@emhrhs.org I would appreciate it.

One of the warning says it can cause bone loss, but I had no idea it would be something so serious.

There's this thing call informed consent - if the doctor told you about the risks but you took it anyway, you can't sue. Even if the doctor didn't tell you, he is the one who is responsible for telling you about the risks and you're supposed to read all that literature that comes with the drug anyway.

I have never heard of it. The Doc's give you all the facts good and bad...I have taken it for 8 years now and I'm 25, I have had no problems.
