Not in terms of currently-printed money. However, the US Treasury still backs the larger bills that it's printed in the past. The ones that the public might at one time see are $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000.

In 1934 the treasury printed $100,000 notes, but they were to be passed between banks, and were not given to the general public.

The Treasury stopped printing notes larger than $100 in 1969.

Well there is a $500 bill and a $1000 bill that I am aware of, but they haven't made these bills in YEARS. I had a chance to hold,a $1000 bill, and a $500 bill when I was at a bank one time I was with a class, we were at the bank learning about how to budget money.
