My wife just got a big, big promotion.
What are some gift suggestions.
She is super picky and I am not sure a gift certificate says enough.
(She is 40ish, active, and of thin build)

Does she like to get massages or facials? Give her a nice certificate for a full or half day at a local spa.
If she doesn't already have a nice briefcase, get her one from Coach (they cost about $500)
Buy her a nice Armani or Burberry suit (if she wears suits to work)
Buy her a nice piece of jewlery (diamond bracelet or earrings)

Shopping spree for new clothes for the promotion. Spend the day with her at the mall without any complaints. Be her shopping buddy. Or give her a nice gift certificate for a manicure, pedicure and a massage.

When a person becomes unsure of himself and must ponder on what to do for his spouse because of a big promotion...you got to ask yourself a question? "Do I feel Lucky" and if you do then you don't need to get anything, but hugs and kisses with her and make her feel great like you always do!
She has given you a wonderful gift and your lucky to have her to share it with. Y}ou have each other and that is what counts. Material things are worthless.

Is there something really special that she has expressed interest in? Like going to a spa, or a little vacation or taking up a hobby, etc? You may want to think along those lines.
You're a good guy for thinking about her.

I could go on all day on things to get your wife, but remember the jingle, "Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend"? Tiffany's!!! Another GREAT way to show her you are proud of her is to take her on a vacation with the two of you. TAHITI!!!
