How can an indian buy an ETF in the US or Emerging markets?

How can an indian buy an ETF in the US or Emerging markets?
I'm looking at ishares MSCI emerging markets fund but the website does not allow an indian resident to buy any.

go to a different online broker ,i use scottrade or e-trade,ameritrade
