I want it to have pic camera, text messeges, download music, but not too big and less that $200.00 any sugestions.

If you are signing up for service Nextel has a plan for $32.99 with 800 anytime minutes and you can get the I850 for only $79.99 with a $50 Mail in Rebate. Most cell companies if you are a new customer you get really good prices on new phones, if not call your provider and see what they will do for you - if you call to cancel due to a phone they will work out a deal. ;-)

just go online cingular.com,verizonwireless.com they always have online deals. You can get the latest phones for like $100 or less but u have to have a contract for 2 years!

Talk to the phone company you are with and ask them if they have any deals right now if you renew your account for another 2 years or whatnot.

you can check out nextel. They have the i580 or i870. they both have an mp3 player in them. they're both under $250 with a service plan.
