Don't know about best but stay out of new mexico!
housing maybe cheep but so are wages!
if your lucky you'd be offered 8 bucks an hour....
and that's holding a BA or BS....
have a buddy who's a general manager he gets 27,000 per year
and he's a GM!

not Rhode Island... too expensive... I'd say somewhere in the Midwest. I'm from Illinois, so I would recommend it... central Illinois, not Chicago area.
