You can't. Beyond your early childhood when your overall body increases in height (eg chest and torso) almost all your subsequent growth in height is dependent on the long bones in your legs.

Each of these bones is actually in three boney pieces separated by a pad of cartilage which is where the growth occurs. For example, in your thigh bone (femur) there is a boney section nearest your knee, a band of cartilage, then the long shaft of the bone itself, then more cartilage and finally the boney portion at your hip.

Growth occurs in the cartilage pads and the three boney sections gradually grow together - when the boney sections meet then no more growth is possible.

Your height is therefore determined mainly by your leg length which is in turn pre-determined by the structure of your legs which you inherited at birth.

Any "stretching" exercises that you attempt to increase your height are likely to achieve very little and in fact may weaken your leg bones.

Surgical procedures involving breaking or cutting the leg bones and stretching them apart so that the bone heals in a longer form will normally only be performed by responsible surgeons in the most extreme circumstances (eg. someone who is born with one leg shorter than the other) and involves months of painful traction whilst being virtually immobilised (in other words - forget it!).

Accept your height for what it is and concentrate on developing the aspects of YOU that you can improve - like your mind.

If you wish to go about it logically, these are the following steps
First get the x-ray of both wrists and knees done. These are the growing areas of bone. The radiologist will note whether there are any growing areas. If there are no growing areas - Forget everything and accept your height.
If there is presence of growing ends in the x-ray, you can start stretching exercises and Calcium. Simultaneously check for Serum Growth Hormone.
If Serum Growth Hormone is normal, nothing to be done except stretching exercises and Calcium.
If Serum Growth Hormone is less, then you may take supplement of Serum Growth Hormone which is very expensive but the results are excellent.

Don't worry , its GOD's wish (and gift) that you must be short.

not true. you can be taller. if you can find a doctor willing to do the procedure. it involves breaking your legs in certain spots and stretching it ever so slightly so the bone regrows in between. i saw it done for a guy on the disovery channel. he had a normal body but really short legs. so its possible. just rather impractical for normal people.

You can't. Even if you were younger. There is NOTHING you can do to make yourself taller. NOTHING.

You are done growing at your age.
