If you are 10 years old then this is no real problem is it?
However if you are 70 its a bit late in the day to change !
"What else can I do"??
Doesn't really sound as if you want to do anything , I don't think there are many people who start off in life with a clear cut list of objectives, why not sit down do your 'bit of writing' and write out a list of what you wished you had done, then another listing the reasons why you haven't done them?
There is a good book in that bit of writing, just use your imagination, that's what you seem to be lacking, imagination!
If you cant think what you have missed out in life make something up.
You come across as a very sad individual, don't you have and friends that can give you a good kick in the a55, and try to inject a bit of humour into you?? If not get some friends, or make some enemies , but whatever, get off your a55 and do something!!

I don't think so. A lifetime is only wasted when you are dead. As long as you can read and write you could first reach out and help those that can not. That was a gift and now by shearing it will multiply talent, and that is meaningful.

There's a gazillion million things you can do with your life.
Reading and writing are fine occupations, but have you considered doing them in another country? Or doing volunteer work as well?
If you want to write, you need to have experience, and if you feel you're wasting your life than what can you write about?! Staying nowhere and doing nothing?!
Go out there and grab life by its big floppy ears and expereince! Achievement is in what you do and the experiences you gain!!

It could be worse. You could be kidding yourself and when you feel that you've wasted half your life time the truth is that you have wasted more than half of it.
You are best off making the most out of today. Just in case.

Cook. There is no happier place to be than in a kitchen. Buy only fresh food, read Elizabeth David first and then any good books you can get yr hands on. Play your favourite music while you cook and open a good bottle of wine each time. Only sex beats cooking....and only just...........

World of Warcraft is a really popular alternative these days. What better way to spice up your life than to live a new one in an alternate universe?

Accept it, and move on. Certainly, there comes a time where life seems to be something we're dragging insted of something we're headed to, but that doesn't mean that you don't have options, you must have learnt something.
