I am not familar with all of the agencies, but, it will give you a place to start.
Houston is not the best place to work as a model. There is no industry there: no fashion designers, no fashion magazines, etc. If you meet the height/weight requirements, you may do okay.
I don't know if the phone/addresses are up-to-date.
Don't go to: Page Parks, Neal Hamil is a better agency.
