He is in the military and stationed over in Okinawa (Japan). So i can't exactly just give him me, i need to figure out something i can send him though.

Perhaps an article of clothing for him with your perfume on it. Or something that when he closes his eyes and holds onto can think and remember you because i am sure that like you he would like nothing more than to be with you but since it is impossible give him the closest he can come to it. Since he is far away, that means he is not getting any nookie. So why don't you get some steamy photos of yourself (not fully naked but just enough to tease him) have them printed on your home printer and mail them (by UPS/FedEx). The sight of you (almost bare) would drive him crazy and he would thank you for rest of his life.
