Anyone who would think Ohio would have a chance is crazy. #1 LSU does have the best defense in college football. No doubt! Even the mighty Auburn had fieldgoals only. #2 LSU's offense is much better than it was even last week. They are really passing and the running game is as strong now as it was last year. #3 Ohio lost 9 starters on the defensive side and have been hemoraging points all year. If it wasn't for the mighty offense, they'd've lost already. #4 LSU is in the toughest conference in the nation. Everyone in the SEC is good. Not just good, great. So in all honesty if Ohio and LSU played it would be a 14-3 game - LSU wins. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

How exactly do you know LSU would easily dominate OSU on "both" sides of the ball!? You have really got to be bold to make a statement like that. Did you not see the games OSU played? Did you not see the road wins they had against Texas and Iowa? The only team that can beat OSU is themselves. Plain and simple! Michigan in my opinion has a better chance of knocking off OSU then LSU does. I am sorry to say that but its true. Michigan and OSU play far better competition than LSU does. I am not saying that LSU isn't a good team, but I am also saying their not one of the top5 teams in College Football. West Virgina could even give them a run for their money. Maybe even Auburn too in that case. So by stating the LSU would "Dominate" on "Both" sides of the ball against the #1 Ranked Buckeyes, is ridicules. OSU is not ranked #1 in the nation for no reason. They are well coached, they have a ton of depth on their roster, and they don't get rattled in unwanted territories. Believe man! OSU is going all the way!

i imagine that if LSU can heal up and get again to their early season dominance, and if OSU can stay vigilant and practice confusing over the lengthy layover, this may be an exceedingly good interest certainly. I see a particularly protecting interest with each and every crew breaking a pair huge performs-- LSU with Perriloux's legs and OSU with Beanie and the passing interest. Being a Buckeye fan, i'm biased, yet I see Ohio State triumphing through 7 with one extra huge play than LSU, and a mandatory late-interest quit on protection.

I am an LSU fan and a season ticket holder since 1972. If LSU and OSU would go head-to-head I would give the nod to OSU. The deciding factor is the OSU offense. They would score enough to win aided by LSU's offense.
I am not a big fan of Jamarcus Russell even though he has the best arm in college football. He is slow afoot, delays in making decisions and has trouble reading good defenses. In a big game like that I believe he would make more errors that OSU's quarterback.

HaHa this is funny stuff. Do LSU fans get free LSD?
My guess is all they think they can handle!
You would be the same goof, that said OSU wouldn't run up the score on Iowa. Bye the way they were the third ranked team OSU beat this month. Who were LSU playing? Didn't LSU lose to the only ranked team you have played?

Ahhh Cahil C is still doubting the Buckeyes. Is that you Trev Alberts?
Anyway. tOSU would beat LSU by at least 10. Too many weapons on the Buckeyes. The 2 best teams in the country are going to play Nov 18th. tOSU and Michigan.
No one better or more complete right now.

Not a fan of either team. However OSU is definatly the better of the 2 teams. LSU couldnt beat Auburn, and only scored 3pts! OSUs offense it WAAAAAAAAAY to strong for LSU, and LSUs defenese is way to weak when compared with OSU. Sorry man, but there gonna get beat by atleast 10pts.

I personally think this would be a good game. OSU would probably have trouble handling LSU's defensive speed as they did versus Penn State. LSU's offense isn't very potent so my guess would be OSU 17 13 on the kicking game strength.

Please, Ohio State would roll over LSU by at least 10 points, Auburn would be a better match. I think Michigan and LSU would be a closer game but Michigan would win. The only team who can topple OSU is USC and they will in January.
