She will just keep calling and pretending there is nothing wrong when i've told her it's over.

well if u dont want that person to be in your life so talk to her that u cant go ahead with the relationship so u need ur own space now as u she was a different person and she came out to be a person who u didnt expected
It would be best if u tell it to her ur self rather then involving anyone as it worst the thing more...

I'd say just what you said, but before telling the person that try and figure out why your feelings have changed. Maybe the two of you can figure out what changed and try and fix it. At least you'll have tried.

Try telling them that you think about how good it would feel to punch them in the mouth while they are sleeping that worked for my husband.
