Is he 5 feet or 6 feet. I mean there's a huge difference in body types and heights. Look on an insurance company weight chart once you know his height. Body mass index is a better indicator of health and longevity than weight/height.

Weight is proportioate to size, however the "old standards" are 115 lbs to 135 lbs for a male and 100 lbs to 120 lbs for a female .
