The question is a violation, not your answer. That question is insulting to educated Americans, and should be reported as such.I received a similiar violation yesterday and I'm still mad about it.

I don't understand the question exactly. Were they saying that we Americans expected the Mexican Government to fix Mexico or that we Americans were expecting the Mexican Government to "fix" the USA? Because Mexico is basically a third world country and why would we expect them to fix anything. And before you freak out, if Mexico is so great why do thousands of people risk their lives everyday trying to run across the border.
In any event your opinion that Mexico should keep their citizens from running across our border I believe is quite a common one, and this is supposed to be a "free country" but obviously the Bush administration is doing all they can to change that. You know with stuff like "You're either with us or against" or the absurd notion that if you criticize the government you're somehow anti-American. Such people need to return to school and re-take their American history classes.
I agree that you had a right to say it, but this is Yahoo! and I guess they can censor whatever they want.

ight on! And f**K Yahoo! for giving out BS violation notices (I got 2 in the time span of 2 hours on Sat.) Anyway, I believe the most effective way to curb the massive influx of illegal immigrants is for the Mexican Government to start taking care of its own people instead of being corrupt, greedy, and power hungry. Maybe then Mexicans would not feel the need to cross the border in the first place.

hey
as long as there is someone who doesn't agree with what you say you can get a violation
i agree that you should have the freedom to defend what ever you stand for especially when someone is putting it down
(most likely the person who asked the question gave you the violation b/c they are ignorant)

I agree with you and I am quite baffled by the violation. I too received a violation this week for stating my opinion about a very obvious racist whom spews hate and intolerance in most of his questions. What I said was much less objectionable than what he writes in his questions and comments.

It's not important whether I agree with you or not, you're entitled to say whatever you want. But, just like everything else including rights and freedoms, there will be an effect to the cause of your actions and reasoning.

ok, i dont think that they should ahve given you a violation, but what country are you supporting. right now, there is no free country, especially america. i thought that america let everyone come, but now they dont let anyone in. we do have people dying- for what. so that our president can show that he is a leader. what kind of leader?? the leader that kills innocent boys, and takes lives away from families. we arent going to win. even though i stand for america, and for israel-(im jewish)- bush is incorrect and a corrupt person. this is wrong, and i think, we americans, should satnd up for our people.

I agree with you. I guess if whoever asks the question gets offended and reports you that Yanswers has to give you a violation. Seems ridiculous that they don't look at the content of your answer.

You violated something because of the comment you made about not expecting anything from Mexico and about the illegal citizens...
