I would be furious,hurt and sad. I would definitely put a lawsuit against the city. None sense like this needs to stop. It ridiculous already.

I would be very, very angry but the grief certainly wouldn't stop me from sueing the pants off the person or company responsible.

I would do as much investigation as I could on my own and then take whatever action is warranted
