Sounds like a naive question, right? I have a 7 year old daughter and I'm a teacher...but for some reason, this is a mystery to me.

My husband and I weren't planning on having more children...but last night, the condom slipped off and was inside of me, spilling everywhere...not just on the outside, but on the inside because i felt it leak out later (sorry so graphic!!!). my question is, could i become pregnant? Maybe it's meant to be since yesterday was my second day of ovulation. I would love to be pregnant, it just wasn't planned. Thank you for your time.

You know the answer to this. Yes, there is a possibility you could be pregnant. Remember the key words here are could be. Only time will tell if you are or not. Wait about 2 weeks and take a test.
Yes it sounds like it could be that you are meant to get pregnant again but don't be too disappointed if it doesn't happen. Maybe you wanted it enough to clinch him a little tighter than normal?
I'm sorry if I sounded sarcastic. I didn't mean to sound that way.
I hope things go the way you want them to. Good Luck

OK I read my answer again and yes the first sentence is sarcastic. I really am sorry. I also sorry you got so many nasty sarcastic replies. You are looking for verification of information not sarcasm. Best of luck to you and your husband. Remember to take a test in a couple of weeks. Again good luck.

Semen makes a woman pregnant and esp round the time of her ovulation this is possible no matter how much leaked. If it wasn't planned and your wanting to get pregnant, then all the better as you're more likely to get pregnant when relaxed. Good luck...

Yes, you can... any drop can cause you to become pregnant.. That happened too me too when I was having relations with my husband but the difference was that we could not find the condom.

The condom stayed inside of me for two days, the strange thing is I did not get pregnant...

Youre a teacher and you have to ask this? What grade do you teach? My God, I fear for our children when their teachers arent even aware that one single sperm cell can make you pregnant!!!! You can get pregnant if you touch the pre-*** on your husband's member, then brush it on your vagina!!! Its not likely - but it can happen!

Im still amazed that youre a teacher.....and I cant beleive no one else had made the association either. I also cant beleive that no one else has bothered to inform you that most condoms nowadays are covered in spermicidal lubricants - so most likely you wont get pregnant, as the spermicide kills the sperms that might leak in there.....

Might I suggest you take some continuing education courses - perferably in sexual education....

Yes - even a single drop of semen contains MANY sperm - and it only takes one to fertilize an egg. Since you'd like to be pregnant, I wish you good luck!

If you're hoping to be pregnant then just close your eyes and wish that it happens. It's possible, of course, especailly since you were ovulating, but certainly not a guarantee. If you're pregnant, then you know that child was meant to be... condom or not!!

yes of course you could. A single ejaculation holds more than 500 million sperm. So a little bit of semen is maybe 100 million cells.

Yes!you could be, the first precum before ejaculation can get someone pregnant, not to mention the real deal. Good luck. If you don't want it, you can use the 72 hours pill, Until you guys decide on it.

All it takes is one sperm to reach an egg for pregnancy. Though the probably is much lower than in the usual case.
