First of all, who says Americans don't like French perfume? I love French perfume and so do many others. Secondly, there are a million reasons to go to France besides the perfume. In Paris alone you have the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer, the Seine, wonderful food, breads, cheese, Versailles.....Now I really want to go!

France isn't all about perfumes and cosmetics... Maybe some foreigners are too demanding and expect that everything should be the same as in their own country - that's why they complain about strong perfumes, i suppose.

French stinks , they dont actually even use there own perfumes and if they do is because its winter time and since they dont shave or bath during that time they need to use perfume wich doesnt really ever smell good cause its mixed with the stinky odor.
The best perfumes dont come from france anyway..I would go instead to eat frog legs and/or Bull Balls , Now thats a French Treat!
