No, that's the only hundred pounds you'll see- that's a rip off. Remember they make their living by making money off your image- they shouldn't need to make that money off of you too!

short answer NO definitely not.
no reputable modelling or talent agency will ever ask a client for money up front.
a professional agency takes it's fees from the money you earn as a percentage after they get you that work.

My best advice run a few hundred miles away from this agency as fast as you can.

try one of the better known agencies such as storm etc. I'm sure you can find an email address or postal address if you are serious about this line of work, and remember when submitting a picture agencies are looking for a natural snapshot not a professional set of pictures for a new model.
Reputable agencies will help you develop your portfolio as you get more work and so more experienced.

Nope. The classic sign of a con is when they make you think you're getting a discount of some kind, like "waiving their normal £450 fee" This appeals to your natural love of a bargain (or your greed) So you think - hey, this is great, I'm saving money, as you hand over your £100.

Don't give it to them, as the others say, a real agency pays YOU.

No, get discovered on your own terms. Start a website of your own, or work to get discovered in a more respectable way. Very few models get discovered through an agency that you have to pay for. It is a joke and a rip-off. Put yourself out there in such ways as auditions for commercials, theatre, etc.

You pay them £100 = Red flag, BIG Red Flag.

You may have to provide photographs at your own expense to get an agency to notice you, but after that they evaluate and if you have the ability to make the grade, they work to get you jobs and you get paid. Any agency that requires you to pay to get on a web site is not working for you. They are working for their own profit and are a pure rip off.

Interestingly enough, the web site majesticmodels.co.uk is owned by a guy in Pakistan.

sounds like a bad idea. Any reputable agency would not charge you to be on their books. They are an agency, they should be making money from people who use their models - not the models themselves! Find another agency!

No legitimate talent/modeling agencies will ask you for money. EVER. Don't pay it. It's a scam.

No any reputable agency will not ask you to do this. If you must pay them ask them to take it out of your first paycheck with them, otherwise you could be wasting £100 for nothing. This is standard practice trust me I know as I do this for my job.
