Probably not---that's the wavelength of ultraviolet light, so it's quite a bit smaller than the wavelength of visible light.

An object that size had high contrast against the background, it could be seen as an unresolved point.

0.2micro meters is something like a spider's web. i tried to see it and i saw it but the problem was first with the resolution and second with the thing i expected to see.so i say that it depends on what you want to see!!!
