If I were to place an ad in a Russian newspaper, I would translate it first to Russian via an online translating site (www.translation.com is good). Then I would either have a Russian friend do the rest of the work or I would call the newspaper and ask for an English representative (if they don't have one, this may be hard). If they don't have one, then you should contact a professional interpretor for your ad to be placed.
