I"ve found that Bestbuy.com has some of the older TV series for sale and they are usually very reasonably priced. Give them a try.

Both seasons of Dark Angel are already on DVD, but as for the rest you can find out their status on tvshowsondvd.com, they link to amazon.com if the show is available for purchase.
