You can get a violation for anything. You DO NOT have to swear or be abusive! I got a violation yesterday because some child was whining her boyfriend broke up with her I said it was part of life grow up and move on! My violation notice said it was not a question or answer! Good by 10 points! Then she sent me 2 nasty e-mails.

i suspect you can be as witty (or not) as you like so long as you are not being abusive or using profanity. did you know they say that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit? be funny, be bold but try not to backstab people just for kicks (unless it really is deserved)

I don't think so. Not unless you say something offensive- swearing, calling someone something nasty, harrassing someone- that'll get you kicked off.
