What reduces the "value of life" is sinning and knowing it but not doing anything to correct or change it.
If you know that you've sinned, then you are held responsible for it and you can't claim ignorance.
Working on yourself to change your ways and coming clean with yourself will increase the value of your life.
You don't need any type of doctor to help you do this, only the will to do it and a silent moment with your higher power, whatever that may be.

The value of your life is how you see it.I do believe a sin does reduce a value of life for me.But, many others may think the opposite.

I think when you commit a sin, you know it's something you did and if you have a guilty conscious about it then it continues to wear on you. Probably, not great on your health, depending on the severity of the sin. If you do something to make the wrong, right, then I'm sure you feel better and your quality of life improves.
