My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years now.
In September I had to start an internship in NYC, wich means that I won't see him until the end of December.
So here's the thing:
last week he only called me once and his excuse was that he has been too tired from work and stuff (plus the time difference) all week.
Is that normal?? He used to call me pretty much every day.
What do you say about that?

I think you already know the answer to this one.

- he has started seeing someone else and is feeling guilty about it.

I would suggest you start seeing other guys too. Its pretty normal for folks to date other people when they are accross country like that. You just need to let go.

The best thing about this is it will allow you to date again and find out more about yourself and what you like and can bring to the table with it comes to guys. you will be able to find out what you like and don't like.. you will learn more about yourself with every guy you date. And by date I'm not saying go out and get a new bf.. but just date casually with a lot of different people. Enjoy yourself. You are in a new place in your life and you should be enjoying it.. and you should allow your soon to be ex to enjoy where he is at too.

sometimes distant relationships don't work out there not for everyone! you really need to talk to him and see if that is what the problem is :)
