I have been told, by differnt people at the county of sandiego. that i have the right to see proof of legal access, to land that is land locked. now im told the records are destroyed. I should have the same rights as others to view the records. who do i talk to, for answers .

I beleive if you go to your local library they have this information on file, my histroy teacher once told me.

It is against the law to land lock land. There is an easement somewhere. Go to you public records and check the surrounding lands to find out where the easement is. This link should take you right where you need to go.

all property records are public record as are court documents unless sealed. go to the co clerk office or co recorder or treasure of san diego. in calif a lot of that info is viewable online.
