Continue practicing your pelvic floor exercises for one thing.
another nicen'easy exercise is to lie on your back on the floor, bring your knees up as far as you can and wrap your arms around them.. then gently rock as far as you can either side - it's a bit like squashing it all, but it does work. Great for the spine as well. Do this exercise at least once a day, twice is better.
Also drink lots of water, a least 2ltrs a day, to help flush your system, and keep the skin hydrated and elasticated.
For your thighs - again lie on the floor on your back, legs straight .... gently bend one leg and bring leg up so you are pointing toes at the ceiling, hold for a count of 5-10 (whichever is comfortable) and slowly lower straight leg to floor while using pelvic floor exercise. Repeat at least three times on each leg, at least once a day. The results are really good in a very short time.
Baby can join in too! - you could have baby laid on your tummy and chest while you do the exercises! (the leg ones only!!)

thats easy.be doing 30 quats each day for a month and you will begin to see results.(but do continue, its addictive!)this is where you stand with you legs apart at the same width of you shoulders(you may cross your arms over each other) and bend your knees slowly going down halfway and back up again.if you feel some sting on your thighs after awhile,it just shows its working and boy are you unfit!good luck!!jogging for 1/2 hr also helps.trust me.

Do loads of squats for your thighs and bum. Build up to 100 sit ups a day in various positions, ie crunches, side sit ups etc

Yoga or Pilates, they're nice low impact exercises that achieve great results!

Congrats on the baby :o)

walking will help but if you can get out to walk or to a gym then running up down the stairs will help...just going up and down the first step will tone you up here...
