Why is it so important to have International Laws, and why shouldn't anyone who breaks these laws be punished?

because certain cutlures practice laws differently like sharia and jewish law are not legal in the usa. intl law helps keep calm believe it or not.

For one thing, it's supposed to prevent genocide and provide a whay to bring those that do practice it to justice.

international law is a BIG JOKE. nothing against you, but it just won't work.
