Febreeze works great, but a cheaper way to go is to get some liquid fabric softener and put a cap full in a spray bottle....spray as much as you like...I use it EVERYWHERE

go the your local automobile parts store and buy this cleaner call tuff stuff its in a yellow can. spray on the seats let stand and then wipe down with a damp cloth. Then you need to vacuum them. After they dry spray a bit of febreeze on them and put charcoal under your seat to suck out the rest of the cigarette smell in the car.

I would try Febreeze first. It took the nasty cigar smells out of a used car we purchased. We sprayed it everywhere and left it over night. It worked great.
