Dude. It is now appropriate to beg and plead if you wish to attempt to regain some friendship.
Words can never be retracted, and the pain they cause to the other can never be undone.
Whatever you said, apologize, sincerely, and tell her you know you can never take it back, and you wished you had never said it because she is too valuable a friend to lose because you lost control of your temper
Good luck, this may be a little tough, and it might be best if you made offers to make it up to her, to allow her a little control for what she wants you to do or say to make it up to her.
It may be okay now, because she may have cooled off a little by now.

Write her a note or e-mail apologizing and explain why you said what you said and that you didn't mean it and see if she will talk to you face to face about it. It may take her some time to get over it, so you may want to give her some space and time to do so after you write her a note. But be persistant in trying to right your wrong so that you two can be friends again. If she was truely your friend, then she will eventually forgive you.

tell her that your really sorry and you were not thinking, i didn't really mean it like that. She should understand. But it also depends on your situation if you were pissed at something, your friend should understand. Because you were not think straight. But if you were not pissed and said something messed up guess what it's going to hard for her to forgive you. Just go talk to her and be totally honest.

try talking to her again, said you are sorry, but it really depends on what you said to her if it was something really hurtful then it might take some time for he to heal, so just give her sometime alone for a while

Why would you want to say something bad against your friend?
