Kindness, acceptance of differences (i.e. not trying to change their women), appreciation for things their women do for them, a good heart, respect, good manners, someone they can talk to and who will listen as well as vice versa, spontanious nature, security and comfort, charm, charisma, support during tough times and most importantly a sense of humour (be it dark, sarcastic or whatever).
Sane women want a true gentleman, only weirdo sadistic women want real bad boys.
