The secret to getting that smooth, glowing complexion is to exfoliate and then moisturize. Proactiv has a good exfoliating cleanser which also contains benzoyl peroxide to manage blemishes. Another less expensive alternative is the Aveeno facial cleansing pads. I've used Proactiv for years. I really like the products, and they do keep your skin looking healthy. But you can try other options that are less expensive that you can get at the store. Try to keep your skin moisturized. I like cocoa butter lotion; I just use a little bit because my skin tends to get oily.
Best wishes,
AJ

Oh to be a young person and performance afflicted epidermis! i'm truly 20 yrs previous this twelve months and that i nevertheless have some blemishes on my epidermis. First, you won't be able to anticipate a miracle product to in elementary words pop up and make all of your epidermis complications bypass away. you want a ideal epidermis care routine like a purifier and toner for brilliant epidermis. bypass the moisturizer because you've oily epidermis, and purchase your self a good mask, use it for type of three cases per week, would not favor to be an intense priced sort. besides, that is my epidermis care routine, i don't have ideal epidermis, yet i'm almost there lol ;)

- have good sleep
- have good digestive system (detox?)
- drink lotsa water, eat lotsa fruit
- avoid caffeine and any form of smoking.

In short: live healthy lifestyle. Good genes will help you a lot too.

But you know what's more important is that beauty is just skin deep and inner beauty shines more. You heard the saying, beauty is in the eye of the beholder?

An uncouth with black heart beauty will still turn off people.

if you are looking for body, not facial,i would suggest a good sugar/salt scrub. you can find them anywhere from bath and body works to target. they are settled in a jar with oil, and you scrub them into your skin, it exfoliates, and the oil helps to moisturize.

I use a sunless bronzer. It works great and I put it on after every shower; about a pea-size amount. =o)
