I am contemplating trying to find beachfront property in the Mid-Atlantic or New England. Is it remotely affordable? Does not have to be beach, just ocean. No jokes please :)

Much depends on what you consider "remotely affordable". It is good that you have given yourself a long stretch of coastline to look at. I am guessing that there is something, somewhere, that you can afford. The trick is going to be to find it. Luckily, you can do a lot of searching online. There are thousands of real estate sites to search. It will be a tedious search because you will have to hone in on relatively small areas, one at a time. Here are a couple of links to get you started:

Good luck with your search.

North, South... that's all a similar. nutrition is sweet, individuals are typically extra polite, even with the actuality that agitated through "outsiders". BTW: Maryland is above the 36:30 Parallel, making it a Northern state. D.C. and Virginia are lower than it.

What do you consider affordable? Look at the listings on the internet and see.
