A matter of perspective...but your question could be taken a couple of ways: If you know where you are & I don't (know where you are) then I'm not lost & neither are you. Frankly I don't care where you are, I don't even know you! Tee hee!
Or if you meant: If you know where you are & I don't (know where I am) then yes I am lost. Luckily I know where I am. Regrettably it's at work.
To think that the rest of the world would be lost because they don't know where you are is a bit solipsistic and egomaniacal, is it not? The world doesn't revolve around you, does it? Only your world does. But everyone else is in their own world. Or maybe I'm just grouchy because I'm on dayshift & didn't get much sleep. Ha ha

Honey, get yourself a GPS tracking device. Then you won't have to waste your time worrying about who's lost. And we can all know where you are ALL the time.
