Without knowing the provider this makes things a little challenging - so I will go with what I know. Nextel has a new I870 and I580 (This one is the same as the I870 just rugged). It has a 1.3 megapixel, camcorder, bluetooth, and you are able to access the web with the appropriate data plan. This phone is awesome!

Nokias in my opinion are the best, they get knocked around and still live. :0)

I have 6230i, it has been banged about (on a daily basis) wet, soaked in cough mixture and it still works, it has a few bugs, people couldnt hear me for a while, but it sorted it self out.

So from experience I would say is 6230i Nokia

for 3 megapix camera i think the best options are nokia n73 or SE K800i. both has other capabilities you mentioned, SE k800i has better battery (longer standby and talk time), more memory, and less expensive than n73, but n73 has symbian os which enables you to install or add other softwares that are compatible with the symbian os giving it more versatility.

I like my Sony K750i, it does everything you ask for except it only has a 2mp camera but I think there is a newer one out that has the 3mp camera, I think its called the W800.

in case you like the main inexpensive, T-cellular is your ultimate wager. pay as you go, plans start up at $30 for unlim archives/textual content cloth w/one hundred minutes as much as $70 for endless each and every little thing. or you will pay via the day ($2-3), it relies upon on your desires. sprint would not use gsm telephones and AT&T isn't precisely pay as you go friendly in comparison to T-cellular. desire this facilitates! :)
