Why can't they negotiate a contract with a solicitor present like the rest of us?

Because they can't find any greedy not-corrupt agents.

Why don't you negotiate your own contract? What do you need a solicitor for? That's just an expense.

Because it is difficult to blame a solicitor for anything, agents are just ordinary people with the gift of the gab.

If a lawyer fell into the sea why would he never be killed by a shark?

the more an agent gets for a player the more he makes so why wouldnt he (or she) be greedy
