I had three felonies that were dropped down to misdemeanors after complettion of my propation. I never violated probation and have had a clean record except these and no trouble with the law ever since. Any and all information helpful.. I am in Minnesota and I am sure each state is different, but an idea of the process will help.

Find out who does your states criminal background checks. You must get a document of what is on your record, then find out from each charging jurisdication how long you must be clear to expunge each records.

You will probably have to pay fees, run around and get sig. from prosecutors and the judges over the cases submit more paperwork and viola you will be done.

go find out under google what minnesota's court rules say about expungment. minnesota expungment should work. stay out of trouble.
