you can take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor and he can take a urine test or a blood test. if you miss your period that is also a good sign.

See a doctor and do a blood test, it's the surest way to know. They sell tests at drugstores but they can be taken only when your period is supposed to be close. Some signs could include nausea, dizziness, diarrhea (I know), mood swings...

well id say nothing is acurate the best way to know is to take a home test or see your doc.
