Well, you may be allergic to your concealer. I would toss your current brand, and switch to a hypo-allergenic one.

Any kind of concealer can make your skin break out...but if your skin is breaking out in the same place you are putting your concealer, im betting that its your makeup...i would go out and buy a new concealer!!

Concealer isn't particularly the best for your skin and is known for making people break out in rashes and sports.
It has happened to many of my friends before

Yes. It probably accumulated too much bacteria and the consistency changed, or your skin has in the change of the seasons. there are different make ups that are perfect for day, for night and often just let your skin breathe. mascara is the perfect example....once it hits the air, it has a shelf life of two months...and that was using Lancome. It is important to use what is healthy for your skin and eyes.
Thanks, Hope that this helps.

Old concealer yes I think it could. But most break outs are hormone related.

Concealer should be replaced every 6 mos unless it changes color or consistancy or smells funny. You could also be allergic.

Throw it away!!! Not only will it make your face break out, it will make your skin look plastic and shiny! Just get a new one and don't risk it.
